Barbecue sauce recipe

2 tablespoon butter

1 clove garlic

3/4 cup water

2 tablespoon vinegar

2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon celery salt

1 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

Melt butter and add spices. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 20 minutes. Makes 2-1/4 cups or enough for 3 pounds of meat.
