1 lb bacon or ham
6 eggs
1/4 c milk or cream
3/4 c parmesan cheese
1/2 c butter softened
Cook bacon and break it up into bite size pieces. Drain all grease out of skillet except 2 tbsp. Put bacon back in skillet and add milk to this. Keep on stove on warm. Meanwhile start cooking spaghetti. Break eggs in blender, add cheese and blend well. When spaghetti has cooked, drai nwell. Discard water. Put colander with spaghetti in skillet to catch all of the ingredients you will be adding. This must be done quickly. Add butter to spaghetti and toss to coat each strand. Add egg/cheese mixture--tossing to coat. Add bacon mixture, tossing to coat. The heat from the spaghetti cooks the eggs.Dump spaghetti mixture back into skillet that has been catching drippings. Put on low heat, stirring until done. Serve at once. Serve with salad and french bread.
