1 lb. speghetti cooked,in your favorite tomato sauce
8 eggs
1 Teaspoon parsley
4 teaspoons grated cheese
For 1 pound of cooked spaghetti: Mix all ingredients except the speghetti in a large bowl. Make sure the eggs are well blended. Add the spaghetti and make sure it is mixed well. Pour 1/4 inch oil in frying pan or heavy iron skillet. Coat the sides. Add spaghetti mixture. Press down with the back of a spatula. Cook for 3/4 hour. Turn and cook for 45 minutes more. Double the recipe and use two pots for big eaters.
